Dale Washburn is an Adviser and Consultant to Cherise Cartwright and her team at Golf Club Realty. He and Cherise have been affiliated in business and political activity for several years.
He is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker and Instructor. His career in real estate spans forty seven years and includes brokerage and consulting work in land, residential, commercial and investment real estate.
His construction and development experience includes residential, commercial and income producing properties.
He has been previously active in leadership positions in The Georgia Association of REALTORS. He was selected as The Georgia REALTOR of the Year in 2004 and was inducted into The REALTOR Hall of Fame of The Georgia Association in 2021.
He is a former County Commissioner and is currently a State Representative from the Middle Georgia Area, representing portions of Bibb, Jones and Monroe counties.
In the Georgia House of Representatives, he is Vice Chairman of The Regulated Industries Committee, A Deputy Whip on The Majority Whip Team and is a The Workforce Education Sub Committee Chair of The Small Business Development Committee. He also serves on The Ways and Means Committee, The Banks and Banking Committee and The Higher Education Committee.
